  景旭东教授是英国皇家工程院院士、英国能源研究院会士及皇家化学学会会士,在全球能源工程领域享有盛誉。30余年来,他在复杂油藏提高采收率、CO₂地质封存和低碳油气开发等方向做出重要贡献,主持壳牌多项提高采收率与二氧化碳地质封存工程项目研发和商业化,并主导阿布扎比国家石油公司地质油藏数字化与人工智能转型。因在碳酸盐岩渗流理论,岩心分析及提高采收率领域的杰出贡献,他先后获国际石油工程师学会“杰出会员”和国际岩心分析师学会最高科技成就“达西奖”。
